An NYC creation by Phil Ward for someone who loves a bitter, sour, mezcal cocktail.

Jigger or shot glass

Cocktail Glass

Cocktail:

• 1.5 ounces Mezcal (https://amzn.to/3G7iBpk)

• 3/4 ounce Luxardo (https://amzn.to/3hyXpix)

• 3/4 ounce Campari or Aperol (https://amzn.to/3hHCEBi)

• 1 ounce Lime Juice  

Garnishes:

• Dehydrated Blood Orange (Fav brand - Small Batch Cocktail Garnish Co: https://amzn.to/3AbRdmG )

Directions:

1. In a shaker with ice add 1.5 ounces Mezcal, 3/4 ounce Luxardo, 3/4 ounce Campari, and 1 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice.

2. Shake it up!

3. Pour into a served-up cocktail glass

4. Garnish with a lemon twist or dried blood orange

5. Cheers, sip, and enjoy!
