Looking for a refreshing and elegant cocktail? Try a Lavender Blueberry Vodka Spritzer! Ingredients: Makes 1 What you will need: Jigger or shot glass Citrus Juicer Cocktail shaker Small Pot Cocktail: 1 oz Empress Gin 1/2 oz Blueberry Lavender Syrup 1/2 oz lemon juice Prosecco or sparkling water Lavender Blueberry Simple Syrup: 1 cup sugar 1 cup water Handful of blueberries 1 tsp culinary lavender Instructions: Boil all ingredients. Simmer for 10 minutes. Strain and cool. Directions: In a shaker combine: 1 oz Empress Gin, 1/2 oz Blueberry Lavender Syrup, 1/2 oz lemon juice. Shake it up Strain into a glass and top with Prosecco or sparkling water Garnish with a slice of lemon, and a sprig of lavender. Cheers, sip and enjoy 😊

Shake it all up Add little ice to your shaker Shake it all up again Pour into your glass of choice, served up coupe glass is my fav for this one! Garnish with a dried hibiscus tea flowers Sip and Enjoy :)

Ingredients: Makes 1 What you will need: Jigger or shot glass Citrus Juicer Cocktail shaker Cocktail: 1 1/2 oz aged column-still rum 3/4 oz demerara rum 3/4 oz Don’s Gardenia Mix 3/4 oz fresh lime juice 3/4 oz fresh orange juice Don’s Gardenia Mix: 1 oz honey 1 oz butter 1 oz allspice dram 1 oz vanilla syrup 0.5 oz cinnamon syrup Melt butter with honey, cool, then mix with other ingredients. Store in the fridge. Garnishes: Edible orchid, pineapple leaves Directions: Make the Don’s Gardenia Mix: In a small saucepan add 1 oz honey and 1 oz butter, then let it cool. Add to a bottle then add in remaining ingredients: 1 oz allspice dram, 1 oz vanilla syrup and 0.5 oz cinnamon syrup. Store in the fridge until use. Once you’ve created enough space, carefully pour in orange juice into the Modelo bottle until it’s almost full, leaving a little room at the top for the grenadine. Slowly drizzle grenadine into the bottle, allowing it to sink to the bottom and create a beautiful sunrise effect. Optionally, give the bottle a gentle swirl to mix the ingredients slightly. Enjoy your Modelo Sunrise straight from the bottle!
