- Pearl Diver
A true tropical masterpiece of a drink (you have to work a little harder to make this one, but its worth it!!) Ingredients: Makes 1 What you will need: Jigger or shot glass Ice crusher - or buy crushed ice Citrus Juicer Cocktail shaker Cocktail: 1 1/2 ounces aged column-still rum 3/4 ounce demerara rum 3/4 ounce Don’s Gardenia Mix (recipe below for this) 3/4 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed 3/4 ounce orange juice, freshly squeezed Directions below Don's Gardenia Mix: 1 oz honey 1 oz butter 1 oz allspice dram 1 oz vanilla syrup 0.5 oz cinnamon syrup Directions: In a saucepan melt butter over low heat, add honey to the butter stir well. Remove the mixture from the heat let it cool to room temp. Once cooled add allspice dram, vanilla syrup, cinnamon syrup, mix well. Transfer to a glass bottle or container store In refrigerator after use. Garnishes: Edible orchid Pineapple leaves Directions: Combine the aged column-still rum, demerara rum, Don’s Gardenia Mix, freshly squeezed lime juice, and freshly squeezed orange juice in a shaker with ice. Shake it up. Strain the mixture into a Pearl Diver Glassware or any glass of choice filled with crushed ice. Garnish with an edible orchid and pineapple leaves for a touch of elegance. Sip into Summer with a Frozen Passion Fruit Daiquiri! 🌴🍹🍍 Escape to the tropics with this delightful cocktail! 🏝️ If you love a traditional daiquiri you will love this one in summertime especially! The passion fruit adds a nice tropical flavor and by this drink being frozen, it really helps you cool off on a hot day! Ingredients: Makes 1 What you will need: Jigger or shot glass Blender Citrus Juicer Cocktail: 1 cup Ice 2 oz light rum 1 oz fresh lime juice 1 oz passion fruit syrup Garnishes: Lime Wheel Edible Flower You can also do half a passion fruit cut open on top! Directions: In a blender add in the following: 1 cup Ice, 2 oz light rum, 1 oz fresh lime juice, 1 oz passion fruit syrup Blend until smooth Pour drink immediately into glass Garnish with a lime wheel, edible flower and or half a passion fruit. - Mango Jalapeño Margarita
Turning up the heat even more this July with one of my spicy favs! ! I used to be on a spicy margarita kick, and since then completely lost my tolerance to spice, which if you know you know, can be brutal! But this drink brought me back to the fire 🔥 and had a nice fresh and sweet balance with the mango! Add more jalapeños for more spice when muddling, you honestly need only 1 slice if you don’t want to super spicy - a little goes a long way! Enjoy 😉 Ingredients: Makes 1 What you will need: Jigger or shot glass Citrus Juicer Cocktail Shaker Cocktail Strainer Cocktail: 8 Diced Mango Chunks 3 Jalapeño Slices 2 oz Blanco Tequila 1 oz Cointreau 4 oz Fresh mango juice 1 oz Fresh lime juice Garnishes: Jalapeño Lime Wheel Diced Mango on a cocktail pick with tajin sprinkled on top Directions: In a shaker add in the following: 8 Diced Mango Chunks & 3 Jalapeño Slices. Muddle these. Then continue to add the following: 2 oz Blanco Tequila, 1 oz Cointreau, 4 oz Fresh mango juice, 1 oz Fresh lime juice Shake it all up with ice. Rim (brush) the side of your glass with honey then sprinkle tajin on top Add ice to your glass and then pour in your cocktail Garnish with a full Jalapeño (sided down the middle half way up the pepper to fit it on the rim of your glass), Lime Wheel and Diced Mango Chunks on a cocktail pick sprinkled with tajin. This cocktail is molto delizioso! Super simple ingredients and incredibly refreshing :) Limoncello Gimlet Recipe: Ingredients: Makes 1 What you will need: Cocktail Shaker Jigger or shot glass Lemon/Lime Juicer Lighter/Torch or Matches for smoking cocktail Cocktail: 2.5 ounces Gin 1.5 ounces Limoncello 1.5 ounces Lemon juice 0.5 ounces Simple syrup Garnishes: Fresh thyme Directions: Safely light a sprig of thyme and place your glass over it and let it fill with the smokey scent of thyme. Set aside as is until you are done making you cocktail. In a shaker add: 2.5 ounces Gin, 1.5 ounce Limoncello, 1.5 ounces lemon juice, and 0.5 ounces simple syrup. Then, add ice to shaker, shake it up Flip your glass upright and immediately pour cocktail into your glass Add a fresh thyme sprig on top of cocktail as garnish Sip and enjoy

Matcha Mysteria Recipe: Ingredients: Makes 1 What you will need: Cocktail Shaker Jigger or shot glass Lemon/Lime Juicer Cocktail: 1 ounce mint leaves 1/4 ounce agave or honey 1/4 ounce lime juice 3/4 cups water 1.25 ounces Gin 1/2 teaspoon matcha Garnishes: Matcha Baby's Breath Flowers Dried Butterfly Pea Flowers Directions: In a shaker muddle 1 ounce of Mint leaves, then add in 1/4 ounce agave or honey, 1/4 ounce lime juice, 3/4 cup water, 1/2 teaspoon matcha. Then, add ice to shaker, shake it up Pour into glass on the rocks Sprinkle some matcha powder on top, add some dried butterfly pea flowers on top and finally add some baby's breath flowers to the side of glass with a clip or place slightly in drink on side. Mezcal (Used my favorite: Del Maguey Mezcal), 1 oz. fresh orange juice, 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice, 1/4 oz. agave, and 1 egg white. Shake it up without ice, then add ice in and shake it up again. Garnish with pink petunias + pink straw (optional) Sip and enjoy :)

It’s super easy to make with equal parts of everything in this drink. It’s such a delicious, refreshing and spirit forward cocktail! We’ll-balanced combo of flavors. The mezcal being a smoky, warmth taste while the Green Chartreuse contributes herbal and botanical notes. Then with the maraschino liqueur adding some sweetness, finishing it off with lime juice providing that refreshing citrusy kick! Ingredients: Makes 1 What you will need: Cocktail Shaker Citrus juicer Jigger or shot glass Cocktail: 3/4 oz Mezcal 3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice 3/4 oz Green Chartreuse 3/4 oz Maraschino Cherry Liqueur Garnishes: Drop in your glass a Maraschino Cherry or garnish it on top with a cocktail pick Directions: In a shaker add: 3/4 oz Mezcal, 3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice, 3/4 oz Green Chartreuse, 3/4 oz Maraschino Cherry Liqueur. - Roasted Strawberry Margarita
Elevating the taste of this margarita with the roasted strawberries, where their sugars caramelize during the roasting process, intensifying their natural sweetness, making this margarita just that much better! This drink is perfect 4th of July cocktail! Ingredients: Makes 1 What you will need: Baking Pan Blender Cocktail Shaker Citrus juicer Jigger or shot glass Cocktail: 2 oz Blanco Tequila 1 oz Cointreau 1 oz Fresh lime juice 2 oz Roasted Strawberry Purée Garnishes: Strawberry Blueberries Directions: Recipe for the Roasted Strawberry Purée: Preheat oven to 350 Grab about 2lbs strawberries (can make more less for however many margs you are making and even use it for other drinks and recipes Remove head of strawberries and quarter or half the strawberries depending on size. Throw them onto a baking pan Drizzle 1-2 tbsp maple syrup over them Place them in oven on broil (about 20 minutes) until they are syrupy Let cool Place into blender. Blend until smooth, set aside. Roasted Strawberry Margarita Recipe: In a cocktail shaker add in the following with ice: 2 oz Blanco Tequila, 1 oz Cointreau, 1 oz Fresh lime juice, 2 oz Roasted Strawberry Purée Shake it up with ice Add ice to glass, pour into glass Garnish with a strawberry and blueberries Cheers, sip and enjoy 😊
