  • NYE Champagne Cocktails!

Ring in the New Year with some super easy and delicious champagne cocktails! I chose 3 out of a handful of my favorite, yet easy champagne cocktails. These don't take a ton of ingredients to make, yet are unique enough vs just having some plain old champagne or prosecco. French 75 (NYE edit) Elderflower Champagne Cocktail Maraschino Champagne Cocktail The one featured on the left is a French 75 with some festive garnishes for NYE celebrations! This cocktail has gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and champagne. Usually has a lemon twist, but I changed it up with Fancy Sprinkles Opal Rain rimming sugar, Fancy Sprinkles Moonstone Iridescent edible glitter, and the same Moonstone edible glitter dusted onto blueberries on a cocktail pick. The edible glitter and sugar rim makes this drink SO FUN and look very sparkly and beautiful in person! The glitter really transforms any cocktail into a work of art. The second drink featured in the middle is another one of my super easy favs. This drink consists of St. Germain Elderflower Liquor with Champagne. I love the taste of this liquor, it adds a nice flavor and sweetness, but not too much, just the right amount to champagne. You can add similar garnishes as the first one, but I thought it's such a classy, elegant drink already, so why not keep a simple option that tastes amazing?! The third is one of my new favs! This fancy cocktail is a mix of Luxardo Maraschino Liquor and Champagne with Maraschino Cherries for a garnish. This is an exquisite drink with hints of cherry, vanilla, chocolate, and orange marmalade. And then adding the actual cherries on top or mixing them in your drink just adds a nice sweet touch to it. In this drink, I also added the Fancy Sprinkles branded Moonstone Iridescent edible glitter for a nice shimmer. Cheers friends! May the new year bring you peace, joy, and happiness.

  • Apple Spice Tini (Thanksgiving Style)

All the tastes of fall in one glass ;) Such a yummy cocktail to enjoy around the holidays! And bonus points if you make this for smaller get togethers, Friendsgiving's or Thanksgiving with the fam! It is more of a process though so I would stick to creating this delish creation for the smaller groups (3-5 people max), but if you want something more simple for group drinks I would suggest my party cocktail page. Those larger batch recipes are better for serving large groups and not having to create cocktails 24/7 for guests. Empress Gin is such a fun and tasty gin. I love using for a lot of cocktails because its really fun to change up the colors and create different shades of blue, purple an pink. Its so easy to re-shake this drink and add more, take away and even change some of the ingredients all together to make a French 75 many different and unique ways.
