"Thyme for a Whiskey Kumquat," Recipe: Ingredients: Makes 1 What you will need: Cocktail Shaker Jigger or shot glass Lemon/Lime Juicer Muddler Cocktail Strainer Cocktail: 1/4th Cup Kumquats cut in halves 2-3 Thyme Sprigs 1 ounce Honey 1 ounce Fresh Lemon Juice 2 ounces Whiskey 1 Egg White Pastry brush or Silicone Basting Brush Garnishes: Himalayan Sea Salt, Thyme leaves, Thyme Sprigs, Kumquat Directions: In a shaker add: 1/4 cup of Kumquats sliced in halves, 2-3 Thyme Sprigs, and 1 ounce Honey.
