Mezcal Meringue Recipe: Ingredients: Makes 1 What you will need: Zester or grater Cocktail Shaker - Similar one here: https://amzn.to/3rrtmKT Jigger or shot glass Lemon/Lime Juicer Cocktail: 2 ounces Mezcal 3/4 ounce Green Chartreuse 1 ounce fresh lemon juice (equivalent to half a lemon juiced) 1/2 ounce simple syrup 1 egg white Garnishes: Lemon for lemon zest Directions: Add in a shaker: 2 ounces Mezcal, 3/4 ounce Green Chartreuse, 1 ounce lemon juice, 1/2 ounce simple syrup, 1 egg white First do a dry shake (no ice) Add ice, then shake again Pour into a served up cocktail glass Take a lemon and use the zester or grater over your cocktail to give it a nice citrus zest on top Sip and enjoy!

Pomegranate Orange Martini Recipe: Ingredients: Makes 1 What you will need: Lemon/Lime Juicer (I use this one: https://amzn.to/3EbsgdK ) Cocktail Shaker - Similar one here: https://amzn.to/3rrtmKT Jigger or shot glass Torch/Air Fryer or Oven (Garnish only) Cocktail Pick Cocktail: Pomegranate Juice 3 ounces (freshly juice yourself or buy store bought) Vodka 1.5 ounces Orange Liquor (I used Cointreau) 1/2 ounce Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice - 3/4 ounce Garnishes: Orange Slices Sugar Fresh Pomegranate Seeds Directions: Add in a shaker: 3 ounces pomegranate juice, 1.5 ounces vodka, 1/2 ounce orange liquor, and 3/4 ounce fresh squeezed orange juice. Add Ice and shake it up. Cut an orange into thin halved slices, lay them down on a plate and cover with sugar. Then, with a torch scorch them until brûléed or caramelized. Add one of the caramelized slices to a cocktail pick though the edges of the orange and then lay some pomegranate seeds onto of the orange slice over the pick, add to the top of your cocktail and voilà! Sip and enjoy!

Add Ice and shake it up. Rim glass with honey, then a blend of Himalayan sea salt and Tajin. Pour cocktail into glass Garnish with dried blood orange Sip and enjoy!

Then in your glass add 2.5 ounces white rum, 1.5 ounces fresh lime juice, and 1 ounce simple syrup Add ice to your glass Add sparkling water or club soda to the remainder of the glass Stir it up with a cocktail spoon Garnish with lime wheel Add a straw if desired Sip and Enjoy :)
